The Vatican has announced a worldwide prayer event, a Rosary for peace, scheduled for May 30, which Pope Leo XIV will lead. The Dicastery for Evangelisation is organising this global initiative to promote prayer for peace across all nations.The Holy Father will commence the live-streamed Rosary at 7:00pm Rome time. With a heavy heart St Mary Mackillop Parish shares the news of the sudden and tragic death of Specioze Mukamana. Specioze is a cherished member of our community and mother of six children, three of whom attend local schools in Hamilton. Our wider Hamilton community wish to surround her loved ones with spiritual and practical support. Your gift will help Specioze's family meet immediate funeral expenses and support the children as they navigate this upheaval in their lives.
